1. General Questions

Are your crystals natural? How to identify authenticity?​

Yes, all our crystals are 100% natural minerals. Natural crystals can be identified by their natural inclusions, cool-to-the-touch texture, and minor flaws – synthetic crystals often appear unnaturally perfect and uniform in color.

Are the metaphysical properties of crystals scientifically proven?​

The meanings and metaphysical properties of crystals are part of cultural heritage and spiritual practices, not scientifically verified. We recommend them for mindfulness, meditation, or as a focus for personal intentions, not as a substitute for medical treatment.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Will my order be shipped in one package?

For logistical purposes, items in the same order may arrive separately. We do this to ensure that items are shipped to our customers as quickly as possible.

The package is being delivered by the carrier but I wasn't at home, what should I do?

Please contact the carrier. Usually, they will resend your package on the next working day, but sometimes they may ask you to pick up your package at your local post office/access point.

Will my order be shipped in one package?

Why is my order late?

Please head over to our shipping methods page to re-check the transit time for your country. On some occasions, there can be a delay to your delivery.
If your delivery date has passed, please contact us at our contact us page and have your order number ready so we can investigate where your order is.

What size should I order?

How do I care for this product?

Can I wear my crystal bracelet while bathing or sleeping?​

They are safe for daily wear, but we recommend removing them before contact with soaps or chemicals to preserve their luster. Discontinue wearing while sleeping if it causes any discomfort.

Can I layer crystals of different hardness together?​

Yes! Please refer to the Mohs scale of hardness – harder stones (e.g., quartz at 7) may scratch softer ones (e.g., fluorite at 4). We recommend wearing more delicate stones on their own.

How can I accurately measure my wrist circumference?​

Wrap a flexible measuring tape snugly around your wrist bone. Alternatively, use a strip of paper, mark where it overlaps, and then measure the flat length against a ruler.

Are the bracelets adjustable?​

Most of our bracelets feature adjustable elastic cords or extension chains to fit various wrist sizes. Please check the product description for specific design details.

Once you place an order, a pre-authorization (a temporary hold) is placed on your card. The actual charge is completed only when your order is shipped.
